POLENTA WITH TRUFFLE
Polenta is a traditional dish of Italian cuisine made from cornmeal. It is slowly cooked in water or broth until it reaches a creamy and thick consistency. It can be served hot as a side dish with sauces, cheeses, meats, or vegetables, or it can be served cold, or sliced into pieces for frying, baking, or grilling.

Preparation: Place 1.5l of water in a saucepan with a tablespoon of salt. When it boils, add the polenta, stirring constantly with a spoon. Let it cook for 10 minutes. Place the polenta on a wide plate and drizzle with melted butter or a drizzle of olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese.
