Shipping costs and delivery times

To the value of the products ordered you can add the shipping cost under the terms regulated on this website.

All orders placed on the Imagine website will be dispatched through IMAGINE's own means within an average period of 15 days after order confirmation.

Whenever the customer intends to deliver in a period shorter than that established in the previous paragraph, he must communicate to our services at the time of ordering. In this situation, the products will be shipped by CTT and are subject to the shipping costs listed below.

• Shipping costs are free for orders over € 150.00 (one hundred euros), excluding VAT.

All orders need to be signed at the time of delivery by the person who receives it, to generate a proof of delivery ("proof of delivery").

From the moment the orders are shipped, IMAGINE will not be able to change your delivery address.
