TASTING NOTE
Aroma: Fresh red fruit, chocolate and violet notes
Flavors: Good balance, fresh, present but soft tannins, elegant finish but with structure
How to serve: It goes very well with cod, octopus, lighter meat dishes, cheeses and sausages! Very versatile.
