Production
A refined balance of four separately distilled components:
- Herbal essences (juniper, coriander seeds, lemon verbena, cardamom, angelica root, orris root, and fennel)
- Algarve citrus essences (orange, lemon, and tangerine)
- Mint from the Serra do Caldeirão riversides (pennyroyal)
- Strawberry tree fruit brandy

This is a gin with a bold personality, best enjoyed simply with ice and tonic water. It pairs perfectly with ginger and dehydrated lime for an elevated experience.
