Black Olive Paste
After harvesting, the olives undergo a natural curing process in specially designed tanks. They are then manually selected, separating green and black olives. After this process, the production of the olive paste begins, during which condiments are added, as well as Solar dos Dragos extra virgin olive oil, which provides a harmonious combination of rich, fresh flavor and olive character.

SOLAR DOS DRAGOS green olive paste is a product that reflects the color and flavor of the olive in its natural greenish tone and very fresh olive aroma. It has a homogeneous texture, with small pieces of olive evenly distributed throughout the paste.
